If someone is diagnosed with lactose intolerance does it mean that no milk or dairy products are not to be used? I am asking, because my girlfriend is about to come to me for a dinner. I have wonderful recipe, but it contain yogurt. Will this hurt her health or not?

You may prepare dinner for your girl with yogurt with no fear of her condition. Intolerance of lactose means that person don't produce enough enzyme for digesting it, but not that she/he at all doesn't have it. Her harmless dose is 1 cup a day. I suppose that your dish do not require more. If does, don't worry she probably won't eat it whole. Bon appetit!
