help me please i am under age and i have a yellowish/greyish discharge from my vagina and it is also very itchy sometime please help me because i dont want to tell my parents

You do not say if you are sexually active. If so it could be any number of sexually transmitted infections.
If you are not sexually active, it is most likely to be thrush or bacterial vaginosis. These are common infections, but you need to go to a doctor for the correct diagnoses and treatment.
