What king of lump is it? If you have some sort of lump now, and you still don’t know what it is you should have it checked. Many of the conditions that can be felt as lumps in scrotum can lead to infertility, so you may not even be able to have children. You should be very worried about lumps down there. It could be cancer as well. Cancer in the testcles spreads fast but it can be treated if noticed in time. So, don’t play with this and go see what it is all about!
