will a lump that is not testicular cancer affect your sons o

I was wonduring that if you have a lump on your right testicle can it affect your sons or daughters later in life.will it make them sick or will they not be in pefect condition. please help

What king of lump is it? If you have some sort of lump now, and you still don’t know what it is you should have it checked.
