which is better endometrial ablasion or hysterectomy?please

Hi I've got a big problem.I'm a 36 yrs.oldnurse but I can't decide which is best for me.I've got endometriosis.But I still want to have a baby but the doctor told me I don't have any chance for 3 years having this kind of problem a heavy painful menstruation is an agony not only for myself,my job,my kids and especially my husband.I've taken pills and NSAIDS but is just a temporary relief.I was advice to have any of this procedure which I'm very hesitant to have.Please help me to decide what is best for me.Endometrial Ablasion or Hysterectomy?thanks.God bless.
