what to take for a cold while taking adderall xr?

Please, anyone who might have been through this! I have a terrible head cold and the pressure is so intense. I' ve only been on adderall xr for a few months so maybe I'm paranoid, but I need some kind of decongestant or expectorant. Does anyone know of something that I can take?
