what is wrong??

i had some bleeding from my rectum, so the dr did a colonotomy with the scope, removed a polyp and gave me meds for a fissure, i am still having major pain in my right side from front to back, i cant keep going back and fortht to the drs and them not finding anything wrong what shoud i do.. i cant afford to visit the drs 4 to 5 times a week..

Maybe the fissure hasn't healed?
