Hi Mark: A lot of times when you have had an àddiction`for lack of a better word, then you find yourself replacing what you gave up with something else. So take a look at your diet and also if you don`t exercise that could be a big factor too. Even when people diet they are supposed to loose 1 - 2 lbs per week. So it could have more to do with what you have replaced it with and lowering calories and exercise.
