weight loss, inverted nipple, lump

I am worried about the recent weight loss of about 15lbs. also
about 7 months ago I had an inverted nipple, but years ago
I had one and a lump that wasn't cancerous, and had it removed
then I had another one that was removed a few years later
and they took out more something, but it was fine for about
18 years. Now the recent weight loss and an inverted nipple
and also a lump in my left breast. I have no pain, I really didn't
think much about it because of past history. But I feel different
this time. I am extremely nervous. I went to the GYN and he
scheduled a diagnostic mammogram and an ultrasound. I
will be going in a couple of days. But if any one can ease my
worries or help me figure this out, I was too nervous at the
doctors appt. I was in shock, because I didn't feel the lump.
Also a few months ago, there was a rash, but it went away.
