Hi! I am 27 years old female, and I have a problem with my “saggy” arms. I have never been much of a sport type, but it seems to me that I will have to become one, as I need to firm the skin on my arms. I was wondering if weight lifting can help me in any way?

Hello there! You know the saying “better late than never”!!!! But, weight lifting won’t help you much, as lack of firmness in arms reflects excess fat rather than untrained muscles. So, just exercising won’t help you solve the problem. In order to get rid of these fat deposits in the arms you need to get rid of the other deposits as well. The best exercise to reduce overall body fat-- is aerobic exercise such as walking, jogging, or cycling. These activities burn calories significantly faster than weight lifting.
