weight gain after Zantrex?

did anyone ever take Zantrex 3 and lose weight? I lost 10 pounds taking it in a month but now ive gained 4 back, how are you supposed to eat after taking this diet pill? like a normal person or do you have to keep on dieting? anyone ever take this pill? what did u do after you reached your goal weight?
