hi i was wondering the best ways to loose some wieght around my hips because they seem really big, im a 15 year old girl and i weigh about 120 lb and the rest of my body seems ok weight wise but my hips really stick out and i have alot of stretch marks on them, im not that worried or anything but just wanna know how to get some weight off of them. just post some
exercise tips or somthing please
BTW i do go to the ymca (a gym) about 3 times a week to stay in shape, and does any one know which types of machines r best for loosing weight in the
hip area?
