I have had my meningioma (benign brain tumor) resected on 14th nov, 06. after couple of weeks of surgery I started getting this constant dizziness. We have ruled out every possible problem that could cause this.
1. CT and MRI dont show anything
2. its not BPPV (vertigo ) - physical therapy denied this
3. got checked for vestibular infection
4. hearing is normal - audiogram is fine

Its been more than a month and I still have constant dizziness. My right eye is still recuperating after the surgery and i have gained my vision that was lost due to the tumor. Eye has some swelling. This definitely is eye related as well. When I look up or down it goes worse, I cant sleep on my side. Movement makes me more dizzy. It goes up and down but i have this constant base dizziness.

Can you help ?

How are you doing after your surgery? I was just diagnosed with one of these near my eye area. Thanks
