thick white discharge is affecting my sex life

My sex life has taken a turn for about a year now I have this thick white discharge I have been to doctors and have taken several medications and they have not helped i can't have sex because it is so dry and uncomfortable and my husband performed oral sex on me and he said it had a sour taste i was so embarrased i do not know what to do please help me....
