the effect of certin medications while trying to get pregnant

I was diagnosed with Borderline Personalitly disorder. I am currently taking seroquil and effexor. My husband and I are thinking about trying to get pregnant. I was wondering what the effects would be if i continued to take the medication until my first missed period. and is there any safe medication to take while pregnant to help with my disorder
