taking birth control and had unprotected sex during period p

I have been taking the birth control pill lutera for almost 6 months now. During that time, my husband and I havent been using protection. Last month, my period was 7 days late. When I finally got it, it was short. I took a pregnancy test and it said not pregnant. Last week, I got my period, although it wasnt normal. Not much bleeding at all. My husband, decided that he wanted sex and he came inside me. I am sure to take my pill everyday, but sometimes it is 30 minutes late, sometimes I am an hour late. I am having the symptoms of pregnancy but each test I have taken says NO. I dont know what I should do, it takes two weeks to get a doctors appointment on the military base we live at. I know I am not supposed to take my pill if I am pregnant. anyone have any suggestions?
