I have to tell you that I tried weight gainer. I used the banana
flavor, and it tasted fine to me, a little on the chalky side for me at least. I could say that is good solution, since I already can notice improving, as I wanted. I think if your goal was to gain weight, I would consume you should take weight gainer after workout. Have a scoop before workout, if you like this, but this is my opinion. I was also thinking if I would need to do cardio, no matter I am looking to put some muscle on your body. Then I found out I should not be taking it if I am looking to lose some weight. I told you this as one experience more, I guess this might be helpful if you are new weight gainer user. I have feeling I have to say there is one side effect of weight gainer. This one has high sugar content, and it may place you on the toilet with the squirts. You may get
gas and feel bloated after drinking weight gainer.
