symptoms of ovairian cancer

I am afraid I have ovairian cancer. What exactly are the symptoms?

Most common signs and symptoms are: bloating, feeling full after small amount of food, fatigue and tiredness, low back pain, pelvic and abdominal pain and discomfort, persistent gastrointestinal upsets, such as gas, nausea and indigestion, frequency of urination without having UTI, unexplained changes in bowel habits, unexplained weight gain or weight loss, particularly weight gain in the abdominal region, pelvic and/or abdominal swelling, bloating, and/or feeling of fullness, pain during intercourse, abnormal postmenopausal bleeding (this symptom is rare).
If you have some of this feelings, you must see your gyn…but as you see, this signs and symptoms are very common with other disease, so it really cannot be told from them whether you have ovarian cancer or not.
