symptoms of m.e ?

i get very tired and get heavy legs and arms .. slight slurred speech and sometimes cant think of the right words and get frustrated. recently I have had tremors in arms and legs. More recently i have convulsions for nearly 2 hours following weakness of legs and stress. its left me with a tic/muscle spasm in my back and stomach and i make odd noises when the spasms push my stomach. it is better with calm. is this m.e?
