I am having problem with swallowing. I feel like something is stuck in my throat. I started to cough. I suspect on aspiration pneumonia. I work in chemical industry and there were several cases of aspiration pneumonia with my co-workers. What should I do? Maybe I have simple flu.

You have very justified reason to suspect on aspiration pneumonia. It happens when liquid or an object is inhale into lungs. Having trouble swallowing or coughing and pain increases your risk of getting aspiration pneumonia and you should exam your self immediately!
