Hi! I am not sure you should be taking any energy boosters except maybe vitamins. My doctor recommended me a complex of B vitamins that I have been taking for just a month when I experienced first benefits.

I work a lot and have been stressed and tired for months. I had no private life which made me even more stressed. I had some minor health problems probably caused by lack of proper nutrients and exercise, which I neglect when all the work fuss started.

Every day after work I would need a nap to regain my energy and mind clearness. I could not put my mind to exercising although I knew it would do me good, I just had no will for it. I started taking these multi B vitamins (the name differs from country to country) and after a month I am a new person. I don’t need naps anymore and I started exercising. It is not earobics but pilates instead but I am enjoying this too. I have no problems waking up in the morning and generally I feel good.
