I am 39 years old and I am facing with sudden weight gain. I did not have time to notice that is how fast it happens. Suddenly I am 10 kg heavier. For women it is a lot. For me it is disaster. What happened? I don't eat much. I am not even a nervous person.

People do not have weight problems only when they eat much. There are various medical and psychological conditions that can provoke it. For example, recent childbirth or aging. Aging could influence it because of changing in activity and metabolism. Also it can be because of reduced exercise level, quitting smoking, reaction to prior dieting, depression or stress eating.
