stomache swelling and pain

For the last several weeks, i have been having severe stomache pains. It will hurt for hours at a time. Also my stomache seems swelled and like hard. I dont have any idea what is going on, the hurt will sometimes turn into nausea. At first I thought, well i might be pregnant but, i really dont know what is going on, can anyone help with this?

this is exactly what I am going thought right now. I thought I might be pregnant. but I have taken several urine test but they always come back negative and my stomach keeps swelling.. I have quite a bit of pain on my side.. and off and on pains in my stomach. I have had this pain for about a year now but my DR and dh do not seem too concerned about it.
I would like to hear from someone about this.

I had problems like this. I was in constant pain and my stomach would swell up. Hurts worse during intercorse. I recently had to have sugury and found out i have endometreosis. When your on your period it hurts even worse?? Maybe you should go see a doctor and ask them more about it. I have stage 2 at age 21 (well im 22 now) and i got it back not even a month after i had it removed. It can become a very serious problem expecially if you want kids. When I eat my stomach gets real swollen and hurts a little - I have had several doctors tell me they can't find anything, I have had upper and lower tests - I can't understand why I cannot get a diagnosis ? When my stomach swells it looks like I am 9 month's pregnant and can't even button my pants, I am a 53 year old women....any suggestions on what to do next, I get so frustrated with doctors, they give me gas medicine and all other types of meds that do not work, when I ask them to run different tests that I read about they look at me like I am crazy and say"oh, it isn;t that" well somethin gis wrong, what could it hurt ? Help!
