stomache pain and backaches and major sickness;

I dont know if im pregnant or not. im hoping not but i need to know what are symptoms/signs of pregnancy. Right now im just really sick, I have no appetite for any sort of foods, not even my favorite...i have burning in the stomache and backaches. My stomache aches as well. But thats all right now. No vomitting though. Are these some symptons of being pregnant and if so, what are others. Please let me know so I'll be aware and prepare for an abortion!
