stomach pains after drinking or eating

i'm 21 and lately i have been getting extremity bad stomach pains after drinking very little like 2 or 3 beers. ill be fine for an hour of two than ill start getting very sharp pain in my guts its usually after i go to bed ill wake up with sharp pain that keeps me up for another 3 or 4 hours because it harts so bad. this also happens after i eat greasy of spicy foods. anybody have any idea what this may be i was thinking acid reflux or an ulcer.

It sounds exactly like it could be acid reflex or an ulcer, so I will back you up in your assessment that it's one of the two. Are you able to see a gastroenterologist about it? They would be able to confirm your diagnosis and give you treatment. What do you think?
