stomach pain, loss of appetite, unexplained tiredness

2 nights ago i threw up eveything i ate
spent all of yesterday unable to move out of bed with quite severe abdominal pain
today just the same
haven't eaten anything over the past two days, and i'm not at all hungry
slept for at least 8 hours during the day yesterday

I'm sorry that you weren't feeling well. I hope that you have gotten some answers by now. Without much info, it was hard to speculate about your condition. However, I can say that nutrition is important. If you were sleeping a lot and not eating, that would probably make you worse. Please write us back and let us know how you are doing now.
