stomac flu symptoms with flu shot

I would like to know what the symptoms of stomach flu are. I am confused how I will know that I have just stomach flu and not some gastrointestinal disorder, like IBS or something more serious. Can I buy or receive somewhere shot for stomach flu, something for prevention?
