Does sperm taste vary depending of what man eats? I think that my sperm has a little bit bad smell. I’m sure it hasn’t been like that always. Is there a diet recommended for better sperm taste and smell?

What goes in comes out. I heard that pine apple really can make your cum sweeter. Any fruit high in sugar content may increase the amount of sugar in your sperm. Vegetables like garlic, cabbage, broccoli and collards can make it bitter.

I hear if you eat a lot of garlic and onion type foods, it will smell and taste nasty and bitter, if you stick to more fruits and veggies it will have a better taste and hardly a smell at all.

it depends on what u eat which will determine ur semen taste.A lot of fruits and fruit juices provide maybe sweet taste and good smells.Meat and fats provide salty and buttery semen which may taste nasty or smell nasty.Fish is the worst when it comes to semen it will stink and smell bad
