soreness

i have an hiatius hernia which i take losec tablets,but at the moment i am getting the same but worse feeling & my tablets are not working.i keep coughing its a tight cough. & my heart beat is irregular .after i had a heart beat check they said i must of strained a muscle that was a mth ago and it is still exactly the same.my friend had the same symptoms & the doc told her she had arthritus round her heart could i be the same,could this be causing my burning sensation in my windpipe along with gastric problems .plz help ty x

Olliex, did you get any response to your post or have the doctors been able to help you since then? I might have a few ideas that could help you.
