skin removal ather weight loss surgery

i had weight loss surgery 4 yr ago. i have a hernia along the insision that is the size of a baseball. my over hang of myskin at my stomach is constantly causing me rashes. my breast also cause a rash from the hanging. my only hope is to have plastic surgery. my husband was let go from the job he had only 2 months ather i had my surgery. niw it is inposible to find insurance at any job.what do i do?

I heard that the Seatle Burn Center will remove skin for free because they need the skin. hope it helps.
