skin growths...very paranoid

I have had the same boyfriend for over a year now and he's the only guy i've ever been with. He has 4 sexual partners before me, but we have both been faithful our entire relationship. He has been tested for STD's before and always came back clear. in the past week i notice lots of little skin growths have begun to appear around my vaginal opening, they almost look like growths of flesh, but they aren't painful or itchy, and aren't THAT big, but are very abnormal. Neither of us have had any problems like this until now, but i am the only one with these growths. I had a white lumpy discharge and thought maybe they were the result of a yeast infection and took medication for that. the discharge went away but the growths did not. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
