I have severe pain on my right side under my breast I also have just thrown up. Do you think this is a serious condition?

If the pain is severe, it should certainly be checked. You didn't say much about the pain...when it occured, was it triggered by a meal or something else. Gallstone attack could hurt where you hurt and this pain is usually followed by a meal or it occurs during sleep.

If it happens again, or you develop additional symptoms, you do need to see a doc. If nothing else, at least for the piece of your mind.
