side pains in iner ribcage, frequent urination, fatigue, increased thirst but not hungry...?

so, for maybe the last month ive been experiencing these symptoms... discomfort(if you would call it that...) in iner ribcage (i dont know how to explain the location... the pancreas/spleen area i guess?) and its really a weird feeling, not pain, frequent urination, feeling tired ALOT, insomnia (but it hasnt been that bad lately) sometimes so bad ill be laying in bed for 3-4 hours waiting to fall asleep, increased thirst, and im rarely hungry, unless ive been excercising, even just a little bit of walking., but if i dont eat then i get headaches and that spot in my side starts hurting. ill be going to the doctors soon for a physical because of marching band... does anyone have any ideas what this could be?

I have very similar symptoms, did you hear anything back?

OK the pain is on your left side, in the area of the navel? on the side or on top of it? it is hard area, and a little painful when you push on it? thirsty? and you drink and drink and drink with urination a lot?
if so GO TO YOUR DOCTOR OR ER NOW!!!!! before it is too late!!!! you have pancreasitis... it is the drinking disease, too much sweet drinks and intake. mine turned into Diabetis One. GO NOW and we will talk later
