sebeceous gland or something else?

Its been 4 months now since i first noticed what i had. On the underside of the shaft of the penis around the area of circumcision i have this tiny little crater or pore. Im not sure what it is. It has a hollow centre and when i squeeze it its hard to the touch. There is nothing inside it. It looks like an enlarged pore or something and its giving me the creeps. I've had sexual encounters but not sex and im 25 years. Its definately not an std but from your descriptions it cant be a sebaceous gland cause those things have contents in them. Please can someone tell me what this is and how it can be removed ??? thank you.
