From what you’ve told me, I think you could be rosacea as a diagnosis in your case.
In most cases situation gets worse when you apply locally some antihistaminic. You shouldn’t do that! You must contact your doctor immediately before you get lifetime scars on your face.
Rosecia is a facial rash that looks just like you described it. It follows big blood vessels on your face and sometimes is very painful.
It is usually treated by long-term low-dose antibiotics taken by mouth. Antibiotics are in most cases
Doxycycline and Dianette.
Alternatively, you could use a gel or cream containing
Metronidazole which you will apply on your face on a daily basis.
Just follow instructions doctor gave you and you’ll get rid of them very soon.
I wish you luck!
