red pimples near the bum

My partner has a few tiny red pimples between her vagina and her anus, these don't appear to be spreading or changing in size and she says they are not painful or itching at all.
On examination they are just a little cluster of about three small red pimples and have no other distinguishing characteristics at all.
Any ideas ??

I have the same thing and my doctor said that it is either due to rough dry sex which causes friction bumps or i think your partner needs to be checked for genital herpes. Im still waiting on results from my blood test.
