red pimple looking thing on left testicle

hello i am 15 and i noticed this red looking thing on my left testicle with a whitehead. it looked like a pimple. when i applied a little pressure on it, it popped and the white stuff came out. it seemed to be acne, but ive never had it there so should i be concerned?

Sounds to me that it may not be any sort of STD so there is no need to worry.
It may be nothing more then a sweat rash, and if normal soap is not helping then I suggest you try a type of soap called "Sapoderm".
Its a type of soap that is fantastic for rashes or any sorts of skin problems, espically in and around your genetals.
the soap may take a week or so to take effect, but dont become impatient.

If that doesnt work then you may have a fungul infection, then in which case go off to the local chemist and buy some fungal cream and apply as the instructions direct.
