rectal pressure after bowel movemnt

hi i was wondering if anyone canhelp here..i have rectal pressure after i have a bowel movement ..maybe i have hemeroids but the pressure lasts for eges and sometimes i get really constipated .anyone any ideas?

it sounds to me like you have pelvic floor dyssynergia. this is when the muscles surrounding the anus do not relax around the anus during defecation causing constipation. It can also cause a feeling of incomplete defecation. if you google it all the information you need will come up. usually a rectal doctor or gynacologist diagnosis it.
