recently diagnosed with ovarian cysts. What foods should I eat?

Results are in. My nurse told me that I have ovarian cysts. However, she didn't tell me what food should I eat or avoid. She wanted me to wait for my next menstruation and call them to schedule for another ultrasound. I have started eating green, leafy vegetables, oat meal, brown rice and using olive oil for cooking. I also avoid caffeine and salty food.

I too have cysts .My doctor has advised me not to eat Banana , Potato ,Cheese,White floor.
