pressure when passing urine

hello i am an 18 year old female and i need your help!!!
When i go to the toilet i get this pressure that makes me want to pass urine again and agian and also when i get off the toilet the pressure is still there making me feel like i want to pass urine agian. so far in an hour i have been the toilet about 10 times and had nothing to drink for about 2 hours. please can you tell me what wrong[/size][/size]
