pressure temples

Hello everybody.
I need advice on this matter. I feel pressure in my temples and all round my head. I am just 22 and this never happened to me before and never had this pressure in my temples.

I also had this, then It came to I was driving near open window : ) and that all was a cause for my pressure in temples. Actually my doctor said this was a headache? Actually didn’t feel like headache... it was just pressure.
Try with cold and warm compresses on forehead and temples, maybe this will help. Otherwise, best would be to consult your doctor.
