pregnant; bad secretions; had sex and it became worse

I'm 21wks pregnant and I have bad vaginal discharge. I went to my docters and he gave me a std check up and I had BV he cured it. My spouse and I had sex for the first time after that visit which was bout 2 months ago. When done, he had white sticky discharge on his penis. I don't know if it was from me or him. What should I do? I'm kinda worried or is it something alot of pregnant women go through?
