I had a baby four months ago at the age of 38. I'm experiencing irregular periods, cramping and heavy yellow discharge that started about two months ago. Have been to several doctors and tested negative for STD's and infection. Also had an ultra sound that showed no problems. Any idea what is causing this? I've become so discouraged and worried!

Hey there guys, did any of you manage to work out what the cause of this was? I had a baby 2 years ago and for about a year now I have had yellow/green discharge with all my std checks and tests coming back negative! It is so strange and so uncomfortable, have to wear a pad everyday!! Have taken medication like Metrodizanole, Canestan and others and it doesn't seem to be going!!

I had my second baby 3 1/2 months ago and have had this problem for 2 months now. It is a constant watery yellow to green discharge. No odor, itchiness or pain etc. I have to wear a light pad everyday and night, it seems to be a constant light flow. It just will not stop. I have been to my Obgyno but no answers at this stage.

I did however read about hormone imbalances? and also wondered about the chemicals in root canals? Reading on the net I seen a link with the chemicals in temporary fillings and Estrogen?

I had the startings of a root canal performed at 3 weeks post baby. The temporary filling which he initally put in fell out so I had all the yukky chemicals in my mouth for 5 days. Then I recieved another temporary filling which has not fallen out as yet. I am due to go back to finished the root canal. I also in this time have had two fillings.

I am also breastfeeding.
