I had operation to remove some bone out of my big toe last week. The surgeon called it correction of hallux valgus. I thought I was having bunion surgery but it was not needed. I am unable to lift my big toe upwards now. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal 1 week post op to still have pain and a tightening/throbbing feeling?
