Not much can be said without seeing the pimples. If they look like ordinary pimples with white stuff inside, then it is just what they are-ordinary pimples or ingrown hairs that got infected or inflamed. If they are tiny and small, it is probably infected ingrown hairs but if they are big, then they are ordinary pimples (or even boils) that may take two weeks to go away.
Hairs may ingrow from too much rubbing or friction while
walking in jeans or other tight cloths.
If they don’t look like pimples but like different pimply-like bumps, then you need to have them checked by a doctor in order to realize if you contracted anything from your unprotected intercourse. Many
STD are skin to skin transmittable and could have ended up on thighs as well.
