pimple on upper lip (mouth)

I have a pimple or something on my upper lip. I think there is a very small white head with an ingown hair in it. It's barely noticeable and doesn't really hurt....but I'm very worried that it's Herpes because I've been with a couple people (physically) over the past few months. Can someone tell me if this is necessarily an STD?

Previously this week, I've had obvious looking zits around my face by my mouth, which are going away now. I am also under a ton of stress.
