I am aerobic instructor for quite some time now. Since I earned enough money to rearrange and expand my exercise space, I decided to add some new fitness program. I am thinking about pilates workout. I would like to know something more about it so that I could see whether it is for me or not. Is there any special equipment I need, some conditions I have to fulfill?

To be honest, for a start, you just need some good will to learn about pilates. It was made by Joseph Pilates and is based on special rehabilitation techniques and exercises. It is meant for convalescents and older people, those who cannot endure hard body programs. Later, you can add Swiss ball pilates, which can also be interesting to your attendants. Anyhow, it gives a lot of new possibilities for you and your class.
