Hi. I am a 24 years old woman and I have a few pounds too much. I just had a baby so I want to get in shape again. I was planning to go on a diet, and try to train something so I would loose weight. I was thinking about pilates. I have heard some success stories, so I would be willing to give it a try. Does it helps?

Of course it helps. And it really helps a lot. And not only that it helps you to loose weight, it even sculpts your body. It is truly great. I was overweight a little two years ago, when I started going to pilates sessions. Now, after two years, I can not go anywhere and not to make heads turn. Try it out as soon as possible!

Pilates is said not to be beneficial for weight loss but it will help you strengthen your core muscles, help you tone up, appear taller and definitely boost your mood.
