period very late all these symptoms please respond

Okay well i havent had a period since june and it is now september. I had a phaze a weeks ago where i felt so tired about every hour and had to sleep thats pretty much what i would do all day. I was also very nautious most of the time and my breasts hurt, now i still have these but not bad and not as much. I took a pregnancy maybe around the very beginning of august or the end of july and it said negative but i now have a bump close to my belly button on my right side now i am feeling flutters and strange movements but those only happen once in a while.(the movements) i have been having hot flashes like crazy lately and been craving foods also have had some serious mood swings. Now i have been feeling nautious again and something always stinks to me no matter where i am. I dont use protection and have been off of birth control for way over a year. I was trying to concieve but i stopped trying eventually still had unprotected sex but not because i was trying. Could i be pregnant even though my test was negative.
