You may be responding to temperature changes if this happens outside. The penis isn't static in anyone, there are changes going on throughout the day. It shouldn't be enough to make you stop sports. Not to make light of your experience of this, but maybe you need a good jock strap. If that doesn't help, ask a doctor.

penis can be in 2 stages, flacid when it hangs loosely and erected, u know when. if you are adult , then your penis size will remain intact.

What do you mean by your penis size remaining intact? I thought that you could actually lose penis size as an adult. Am I wrong about that?

penis shrinkage can occur with any male as he ages. The two main controllers of penis size are testosterone and blood flow which tends to decrease as we age. The bursting and burning of testosterone is what causes erections. Men lose 1 percent of testosterone per year on average from the age of 20. So a 40 year old man has 20% less testosterone than he did than when he was 20.

You can get an explanation of this on youtube at:

Sitting for long periods of time, eating unhealthy food, smoking and drinking all tend to harden arteries over time which leads to less blood circulation. The penis expands by the amount of blood that is available. Less blood = smaller erections. Over time the penis will atrophy (fancy doctor talk for shrink).

You can avoid and reverse penis shrinkage. To do this you must increase your testosterone levels and circulation. Here are some tips:

1) Do an aerobic workout more than 4 times a week. You must get to the point that you are breathing hard. This will signal your body to increase testosterone production. It will also improve circulation.

2) Cut out drinking and smoking. They are the greatest killers of penis size.

3) Lose the gut. Bellyfat is a trap for estrogen (the female hormone). Estrogen reduces your ability to make testosterone. Cut your sugar intake to 30 grams of sugar per day. One small bottle of "fruit juice" has 60 grams of sugar.

4) Use a testosterone enhancement formula like African Fly. It will naturally increase your testosterone levels without negative side effects.

Of course, there are other things you can do to stop penis shrinkage but this is a start.
