on the very early symptoms of liver damage

respected sir 6 months ago Ihad two major operations of my left hand and due to the carelessness of the doctors I got onne of the wound badly infected and after few days doctor told me that I am suffering from osteomyletis . So they gave mee a very heavy dose of rifampicin and isoniazid due to which I had a very sever jaundice but after few days i regain sterength to get back to my work but soon after 4 days I started feeling very week and even decame unconcious with very red face and eyes and very low Bo and this things contineous with every single day I go out and now i feel a mass and clumpy and very mild pain in my upper abdomen which incerases alittle when someone touchesme there but i dont have yellow urination tell me AM I SUFFERING FROM LIVER DAMAGE
